It is the stated aim of Boars Tye Garage to provide industry-leading paint and body services to both the public and trade.

We achieve this by operating a comprehensive quality system, which assures the consistent standard of all services offered by the Paint and Body Centre. This quality system meets all of the requirement Industry retail standards, is independently assessed, and has been fully implemented across all areas of the Paint and Body Centre.

All members of staff are fully committed to ensuring the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, both now and in the future. To this end, we will strive to continually improve upon our services and processes, setting quality objectives that we are then able to use as a measure of our performance. These objectives are continually reviewed, and amended as necessary, to ensure that they are appropriate to the business and relevant to our customers.

Quality objectives included, but are not limited to:

  • Maximising customer satisfaction by reducing error, repeat work and providing a timely response to customer’s needs and expectations
  • Maximising waste reduction and energy efficiency by ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective
  • Helping staff reach their full potential by providing training, coaching and opportunity
  • Maintaining business stability by increasing customer loyalty and repeat customers.
